Buying and delivering tickets
To ensure we give our customers the best possible customer service, all tickets and hospitality badges for Chester Racecourse will be sent to UK and Northern Ireland addresses via special delivery. This will cost £5. All European and Overseas post will be sent out by Air Mail.
The alternative is to collect your tickets from either Chester Racecourse / Bangor-on-Dee Racecourse in advance or on race days.
All tickets purchased from Chester Racecourse Box Office online are by phone are subject to a £2.50 administration fee. If tickets are purchased over the counter at the Racecourse, the £2.50 administration fee is waived.
