Hospitality Packages

The hospitality packages listed below are only available to parties who have booked a private hospitality facility. Please also be aware that selecting the Prestige package automatically offers the Prestige menu only. When selecting one of the Classic, Premier or Vintage packages, you are entitled to select either a Plated or a Buffet menu.

All packages include: An admission badge, afternoon tea, racecards, floral decoration, signage, tote betting facilities and television viewing. Please note, for all evening meetings, afternoon tea will be replaced by canapéson arrival.

Classic Package

4-course plated or buffet lunch. Account bar throughout the day.

Premier Package

4-course plated or buffet lunch. Complimentary bar throughout the day to include:

Pimms No. 1 Reception (1 x glass per person)
Heathcotes house red & white wine
Selection of minerals
Canned beer & stout
Bottled lager & alcopops

Vintage Package

House Champagne Reception (2 x glasses per person). 4-course plated or buffet lunch. Complimentary bar throughout the day to include:

Pimms No 1 served during racing
Spirits by the measure
Upgraded red & white wine
Selection of minerals and mixtures
Canned beer and stout
Bottled lagers and alcopops

Prestige Package

Prestige menu, offering a choice throughout. Complimentary bar throughout the day to include:

Premier Cru Champagne
One glass of Rosé Champagne with afternoon tea
Spirits by the measure
Heathcotes selected wines especially chosen to accompany your meal including dessert wines
Selection of minerals and mixtures
Canned beer & stout
Bottled lager & alcopops
